Oh my … I believe I’m going to need a change of undergarments. Not only does Hypermedia Berlin contain a cultural/historical map of Berlin, but it tracks the same area back through time. Historical city maps (and urban development maps) range from 2003 all the way to the year 1237, when it looks like there were maybe a dozen terrified Berliners hiding behind a wooden wall. Photos and historical detail can be viewed as popups on the modern maps. Highly recommended. (via Berlin: Berlin Mapgasm)
